Updated standing investment indicators The following governance aspects have been updated to reflect 2026 GRESB requirements: leadership, policies, reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, tenants & community, and data monitoring & review. Review and update your responses to ensure alignment with the current standard before submitting to GRESB.
Save or discard changes A hover action bar now appears at the bottom of the screen when changes are made to governance indicators. Select Save to confirm all changes or Discard to revert to the previously saved state.
Development indicators The following development indicators are now available at portfolio level and can be completed in Scaler year-round:
Data Collection Portal → Portfolio → Governance
Data Collection Portal → Portfolio → Settings → Data collection settings → Enable by report → GRESB
